Project Overview: AmanaFlow – n8n Humanitarian Case Audit, Pharmacy Quota & Zakat Impact Engine
AmanaFlow is a transparent humanitarian governance and financial reconciliation pipeline engineered on n8n for the Medicine For All Foundation (medicineforall.org).
The Business Challenge & Technical Requirements
Humanitarian healthcare foundations must maintain ironclad separation between Zakat and general Sadaqah funds, verify that chronic-care beneficiaries do not exceed monthly medication quotas across partner pharmacies, and provide donors with immediate proof of impact.
Live Platform & Mobile Application Screens (medicineforall.org)
Technical Architecture & Full-Stack Implementation
Cynsera built an n8n orchestration layer linking Paymob/Fawry payment webhooks with the foundation’s Filament v3 ERP. Upon payment confirmation, n8n allocates the donation to the designated patient case ledger, updates live funding progress bars on the website, runs a National ID and prescription quota check before issuing an encrypted QR pharmacy dispensing voucher, and emails/WhatsApps the donor an itemized receipt followed by an anonymized treatment-completion update.
Key Outcomes & Measurable Impact
Delivered 100% end-to-end donation traceability across 15,000+ audited patient cases with sub-3-second receipt and voucher issuance.
