Project Overview: TaxFlow Bridge – n8n ERP-to-Government E-Invoicing (ETA / ZATCA) & Ledger Sync
TaxFlow Bridge is an enterprise-grade n8n financial compliance pipeline engineered by Cynsera to connect multi-branch ERP & POS terminals directly with government tax authority portals across Egypt (ETA) and Saudi Arabia (ZATCA Fatoora Phase 2).
The Business Challenge & Technical Requirements
Issuing tens of thousands of B2B and B2C invoices across factory warehouses and retail branches required strict canonical JSON/XML serialization, HSM/token cryptographic signing, GS1/EGS item code validation, and resilient retry queues during government portal maintenance windows.

Technical Architecture & Full-Stack Implementation
Cynsera architected a fault-tolerant n8n pipeline with dead-letter retry queues. Whenever Ace ERP emits an invoice event, n8n validates tax rates and buyer TINs, canonicalizes the payload, applies X.509 cryptographic signatures, submits to the tax authority API, and writes the clearance UUID and TLV QR code back into the PostgreSQL general ledger.
Key Outcomes & Measurable Impact
Achieved 100% tax audit compliance across 45,000+ monthly invoices with 0.8-second average signing and clearance latency.
