Project Overview: VoyageOps – Make.com Multi-Supplier Travel Dispatch, Flight Watch & PDF Dossier Hub
VoyageOps is a destination management and multi-supplier reservation fulfillment scenario engineered on Make.com for inbound tour operators in Dubai and Egypt (reytourism.com & mogotours.com).
The Business Challenge & Technical Requirements
A single 7-day custom family booking involves 4–6 separate suppliers (airport VIP meet-and-greet, hotel rooms, desert safari operators, Nile cruise cabins, and private multilingual guides). Reservation agents spent 18 minutes per booking emailing suppliers and assembling branded PDF travel vouchers.

Technical Architecture & Full-Stack Implementation
Cynsera built a Make.com scenario triggered upon Stripe/multi-currency payment confirmation. An Iterator module splits the booking JSON array into individual daily excursions, dispatches supplier reservation webhooks, collects confirmation codes via an Array Aggregator, renders a unified multilingual PDF travel dossier with QR vouchers via CraftMyPDF, delivers it to the traveler on WhatsApp and email, and monitors live flight arrival APIs to update airport chauffeur pickup times automatically.
Key Outcomes & Measurable Impact
Compressed voucher compilation and supplier dispatch from 18 minutes to 8 seconds with 100% automated flight-delay chauffeur rescheduling.
