Project Overview: GrowthRouter – Make.com Omnichannel Ad Lead Ingestion, Router & Meta Server CAPI
GrowthRouter is an enterprise Revenue Operations (RevOps) and performance marketing automation scenario engineered on Make.com for Mediaserv Digital Growth Agency and its B2B/PropTech accounts.
The Business Challenge & Technical Requirements
Ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google generated thousands of leads in inconsistent formats, causing duplicate CRM contacts, slow manual assignment, and ad algorithms optimizing for cheap clicks rather than qualified closed deals.

Technical Architecture & Full-Stack Implementation
Cynsera architected a modular Make.com scenario with instant webhook triggers, regex E.164 phone number normalization, Redis/Data Store deduplication, and a 3-way Make Router that assigns leads by project territory and budget tier into Mediaserv/Madar CRM. A companion scenario listens for CRM stage changes (`Qualified` / `Deal Won`) and fires hashed server-side events back to Meta CAPI and TikTok Events API.
Key Outcomes & Measurable Impact
Achieved sub-1.8-second lead-to-rep routing, eliminated 100% of duplicate CRM entries, and improved Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by 39%.
