PeoplePulse is an enterprise PeopleOps and IT Identity Access Management (IAM) scenario engineered on Make.com to automate the entire employee lifecycle from offer signature to offboarding.
The Business Challenge & Technical Requirements
Onboarding a new engineer or account executive required 4.5 hours of back-and-forth IT tickets to generate employment contracts, create Google Workspace accounts, assign GitHub repositories, Jira boards, Slack channels, and mandatory L&D courses—while delayed offboarding left orphaned security access.

Technical Architecture & Full-Stack Implementation
Cynsera built a deterministic Make.com scenario: once a candidate signs their offer in DocuSign, Make.com provisions their Google Workspace identity with enforced 2FA, routes by department (Engineering, Product, Growth, Finance) to grant least-privilege access across GitHub, Jira, Notion, and Slack, enrolls them in their role’s L&D onboarding track, and schedules 30-60-90 day probation check-ins. A companion offboarding trigger revokes all OAuth tokens and SSO sessions in 15 seconds.
Key Outcomes & Measurable Impact
Saved 4.5 hours of IT/HR overhead per hire, provisioned full role-based access in 15 seconds, and achieved zero orphaned accounts post-offboarding.
